MOFF GIDEON

Moff Gideon was a former officer of the ISB who rose through the ranks of the Galactic Empire by mastering control through fear, intelligence, and ruthless efficiency. Following the Empire’s collapse, Gideon refused to accept defeat, instead positioning himself as one of the most dangerous warlords of the Imperial remnant, clinging to Imperial ideology with fanatical resolve.

Driven by a desire to restore order through domination, Gideon sought power not merely through fleets and soldiers, but through symbols and secrets. His primary objective became the capture of the child Grogu, whose unique connection to the Force represented a means to unlock new forms of power for the remnants of the Empire. To achieve this, Gideon commanded loyal troops, experimental weaponry, and covert operations, all while operating from the shadows.

Most striking among his possessions was the darksaber, an ancient Mandalorian weapon he wielded as both a blade and a symbol: taken during the Imperial Purge of Mandalore, the darksaber represented Gideon’s triumph over Mandalorian culture and his claim to authority through conquest. In his hands, it embodied his belief that power belonged to those ruthless enough to seize it - and his ambition to reshape the galaxy in the Empire’s image once more.
