STORMTROOPER

The Stormtroopers of the Galactic Empire were soldiers trained under the harshest conditions, marked by iron discipline and proven effectiveness. Their numbers were estimated at two billion soldiers and officers at the height of the Empire's power.
Like any dictatorship, the Empire indoctrinated the youth of its worlds, instilling Imperial ideology in military academies where they were trained in piloting, infantry combat, and more - a rigorous brainwashing meant to shape them to the Emperor’s will. Impossible to corrupt, they were of an unquestionable loyalty and felt no hesitation in fighting and dying for Imperial doctrine. Favoring numerical superiority, they often marched in parades or appeared in propaganda displays.

Years later, after the Empire was defeated, the First Order emerged. In fact, once the Galactic Civil War ended, treaty clauses explicitly forbade the reformation of Stormtrooper armies. However, the First Order ignored these restrictions, and Stormtroopers - along with their stark-white armor - returned once more to the battlefield.
