The pirate gang led by King Gorian Shard operated in Nevarro’s sector during the New Republic Era.
 
After High Magistrate Greef Karga and Din Djarin killed members of the gang on Nevarro, the gang ambushed Djarin at the asteroid fields at the edge of the system. After Shard's corsair warship commenced an aerial bombardment of the city of Nevarro, Djarin and other Mandalorians attacked the corsair and Vane’s snub fighter squadron.

The scarlet armor they wore was reminiscent of the blade of the Sith Lords. During the Battle of Exegol, the Sith Eternal forces were sent to repel the enemy accompanied by Sith Jet Troopers who deployed from transporters who laid waste to exposed soldiers.
