In the time of the Republic, Barriss Offee served as Padawan to Master Luminara Unduli, distinguishing herself through discipline, serenity, and a deep devotion to the ancient teachings of the Jedi.
Far more comfortable studying in the quiet halls of the Temple than fighting on the frontlines, she believed strongly in the Order’s original ideals - peace, clarity, and restraint.

Yet these same convictions became the seed of her downfall. As the Clone Wars dragged on, Barriss grew increasingly disillusioned, convinced that the Jedi had lost their way and were complicit in the very conflict they claimed to oppose.
Her crisis of faith spiraled into extremism: in a desperate attempt to expose what she saw as hypocrisy within the Order, she orchestrated the bombing of the Jedi Temple - a violent act of terrorism meant to awaken the galaxy, but that only brought suffering.

Sith Troopers were elite soldiers in an army raised on the planet Exegol by the Sith Eternal - Sith cultists who revered the Dark Side of the Force and were devoted to the Sith religion. Though they were not imbued with the power of the Force, Sith Troopers nonetheless shared the name of the revived sect of the Dark Side, drawing inspiration from a dark and ancient legacy.
