ASTROMECH DROID (NEW REPUBLIC)

The Rebel Alliance became the New Republic after its victory over the Galactic Empire at the Battle of Endor. Eager to win over the war-weary citizens of the galaxy, the New Republic revived the Senate, signed a peace treaty with the Empire’s remnants, and drastically reduced its military capabilities.

But rumors about the return of Grand Admiral Thrawn once presumed dead, galvanize the remaining and rehabilitated Imperial troops in the New Republic, and in the Unknown Regions, former Imperial warlords were already plotting to rebuild the fallen Empire.
